Circular Machine Knives

We supply Circular Machine Knives in various steel grades Plain Carbon, High Alloy, High Carbon High Chrome, High Speed Steels, Sintered Alloys, Tungsten Carbide and Ceramic. In standard modification we manufacture circular knives without coatings. However, according to customers requirements, we can coat the knives with TiN, TiAN, TiCN, Teflon, and food grade. Additionally, we offer cryogenic treatment of the knives.

The cutting edge of our circular machine knives is not interrupted in the standard modification. However, we can manufacture circular knives with grooves, or circular knives with ripples on the cutting edge. Also, we can produce the knives with various specific tooth forms.

We manufacture circular machine knives for use in production and converting of Rubber, Plastic, Film, Paper, and Metal Industries. Hence to satisfy different industries requirements, these knives come in different diameter from 20 up to 600 mm.
