Tufting Knives

Tufting Knives are individual parts generally fitted into fix angled blocks provided by the machine maker. At MASTERCUT we offer a wide range of tufting knives for tufting machines that are used to make broadloom carpets, tiles, and entrance mats. Our knives for textile machines are made from premium quality metal that makes them highly resistant to wear and capable to efficiently cut even chemical fibres. The correct protrusion of tufting knives is adjustable by a special lock.

We perform Tufting Knives grinding with ‘right’ and ‘left’ for ‘opening’ and ‘cut’ angles, and also corner grinding. To speed up the machine set, knives at MASTERCUT are generally supplied in sets (generally contain from 6-12 knives each), however this amount is changeable upon the request.
